
Micaela Salas-Livingston is a Mental Health Counselor at the Bad River Health and Wellness Center, where they primarily work with children and teens ages 6–18, specializing in play therapy. They provide individual and group support while helping clients and families navigate mental health challenges in a caring and culturally supportive environment.
A member of the Bad River Band of Lake Superior Chippewa, Micaela grew up on the reservation and recently moved back home with their husband and three children. They earned their Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, are APSW licensed, and are currently working toward LCSW licensure.
Outside of work, they enjoy spending time with family and traveling together.
