Job Summary:
The Medical Director Physician (MDP) will provide health care services to the Bad River community and assume Medical Director responsibilities for overseeing daily operations of the delivery of medical services, treatment and overall primary care within the healthcare facilities medical staff. Work closely with medical professionals to identify recurring health trends and determine new equipment or treatment methods to include within the clinic. The MDP shall hold staff meetings as necessary to communicate policy or procedural changes to Physicians, Nurses and administrative staff. Throughout the day, the Medical Director will divide their time between administrative tasks with clinic staff, office prep time and engaging/diagnosing/treating patients as their primary care provider.
