Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Administrator

Job Summary:
The CCS Administrator bears overall administrative and programmaticresponsibility for the Bad River Band's Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program.This position ensures that the program operates in full compliance with WisconsinAdministrative Code ch. DHS 36 and all applicable state and federal regulations, whileexercising authority consistent with Bad River Tribal sovereignty and the Tribe's commitment toculturally grounded, community-centered healing. CCS is a Medicaid-funded program providingpsychosocial rehabilitation and treatment services to tribal community members of all ages whohave mental health and/or substance use disorder needs. The Administrator leads programplanning, staff oversight, quality assurance, consumer rights protection, and interagencycoordination in alignment with both tribal values and DHS regulatory requirements.
