Open Position

The CCS Administrator bears overall administrative and programmatic responsibility for the Bad River Band's Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) program. This position ensures that the program operates in full compliance with Wisconsin Administrative Code ch. DHS 36 and all applicable state and federal regulations, while exercising authority consistent with Bad River Tribal sovereignty and the Tribe's commitment to culturally grounded, community-centered healing. CCS is a Medicaid-funded program providing psychosocial rehabilitation and treatment services to tribal community members of all ages who have mental health and/or substance use disorder needs. The Administrator leads program planning, staff oversight, quality assurance, consumer rights protection, and interagency coordination in alignment with both tribal values and DHS regulatory requirements.
