Behavioral Health Care Coordinator

Job Summary:
The primary duties of the Behavioral Health Care Coordinator are to organize treatment, connect people to services, and provide knowledge of community resources. This position will work closely with Behavioral Health therapists and substance use counselors to assure more comprehensive care for people who are connected to the Bad River Health and Wellness Center (BRHWC)’s Behavioral Health Department. Familiarity and practice of HIPAA and 42CFR Pt 2 regarding patient confidentiality.
